Job summary

EPAM Systems in Sydney seeks a Senior Manager, Data Analytics Consulting to plan, organize, direct, and coordinate complex ICT projects at the intersection of data, analytics, and cloud technologies. You will drive initiatives from initiation through closure, aligning milestones, budgets and quality with client objectives.

Lead cross-functional teams, shape data strategy, and advise on modern platforms like Databricks, Snowflake and Power BI, while managing executive relationships and pre-sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in data analytics consulting or related roles.
• Experience leading data analytics engagements or large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into data-driven roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic objectives into data and analytics roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end data/AI-enabled ICT projects across full lifecycles.
• Advise clients on data platforms, governance and cloud transformation.
• Provide leadership across multidisciplinary delivery teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
