Aristocrat Gaming invites a Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering to lead world‑class manufacturing processes at Sydney, NSW. You will drive cost efficiency, uphold safety, and mentor a diverse team of engineers across mechanical, industrial, and electronics disciplines.

Based in our Sydney integration centre with remote support to Barcelona, this fulltime onsite role offers a hybrid work option and reports to the VP.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering experience with a recent supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence.
• Experience working in a matrixed, globally distributed team.
