Job summary

Aristocrat in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join Advanced Manufacturing Engineering. You will help optimize production methods, maintain top quality, safety, and efficiency, and support global manufacturing efforts across sites in Las Vegas, Barcelona, Melbourne and more.

You will lead line layouts, develop assembly processes, and contribute to automation and continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on industrial experience in design and development of manufacturing and repair processes.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and operational excellence.
• Ability to perform data-driven root cause analyses.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals across sites.
• Develop line layouts and optimize material flow.
• Analyse and improve site-wide processes across warehouse and production.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to boost yield, capacity, and capability.
• Collaborate with global teams including EUIC in Barcelona and Melbourne.
