Job summary

Perigon Group Pty Limited is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join our finance team in Brisbane. You will own the end-to-end month-end process, including consolidation, reporting, and producing timely management information to support strategic decisions.

You will lead cash flow forecasting, treasury oversight, and working capital management while mentoring a small finance team. Strong Excel skills with Power BI exposure are advantageous in delivering KPI insights for operational teams.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified and skilled in management accounting.
• Proven ability to manage cash flow, treasury, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end month-end process, including consolidation, review of outputs, and delivery of timely and accurate management reports.
• Lead cash flow forecasting, treasury oversight, and working capital management across inventory, debtors, and creditors.
• Oversee and develop a small finance team, ensuring high-quality outputs across financial accounting, AP, and AR.
• Maintain integrity of the general ledger, including review of reconciliations, journals, and financial controls.
• Partner with operational teams to deliver KPI reporting, performance analysis, and actionable insights that drive decision making.

About the Role

This Senior Management Accountant position sits at the centre of the business, acting as the key link between finance, leadership, and operational teams. You will take ownership of reporting, cash flow and performance analysis, while supporting strategic decision making through clear and actionable insights. The role offers strong exposure across the business and the opportunity to influence both financial outcomes and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
