Job summary

Greenmountain Food Processing in Coominya is seeking a senior Maintenance Manager to own plant reliability and lead a large maintenance function at our beef processing facility.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will supervise 10–20 fitters, electricians and mechanics, drive preventive maintenance, manage budgets and contractor activities, and ensure WHS and food safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Senior maintenance leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead supervisors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong technical understanding and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site maintenance function and provide direction to maintenance supervisors.
• Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime across the plant.
• Strengthen preventive and planned maintenance systems.
• Coordinate breakdown response and maintenance priorities.
• Manage maintenance KPIs, budgets and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety and statutory requirements.
