Job summary

Blackbook Executive is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a large-scale food manufacturing operation in Kilcoy, QLD. The role leads a team of trades across a 24/7 facility with a permanent day shift, 4 on, 4 off and 4am–4pm hours.

You will drive reliability, safety and production performance, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. Key responsibilities include supervising maintenance personnel, coordinating activities, and driving continuous improvement while leveraging CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and developing maintenance trades personnel.
• Managing planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Driving safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinating resources to minimise downtime.
• Working closely with Production and Operations teams.
• Supporting preventative maintenance programs and shutdowns.
• Utilising CMMS systems to manage maintenance activities.
