Job summary

A W Edwards is seeking a Senior M&E Services Coordinator to lead coordination of major M&E packages on a Data Centre project in Sydney, NSW. The role reports to the Services Manager within a team of eight and requires strong M&E expertise and leadership on large-scale building services projects.

Based in Sydney with regional work in Data Centre environments, you will read drawings, coordinate subcontractors, and drive delivery through the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must have strong focus on Building Services.
• 5+ years' site experience in commercial construction.
• Experience on building services projects >$200m, ideally healthcare or data centre.
• Able to motivate and mentor others.
• Experience with building services sub-contractors or Tier 1/2 main contractors in senior roles.
• Evidence of steady employment history.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings for M&E packages.
• Coordinate and manage M&E sub-contractors and other service trades.
• Work under the Services Manager as part of a services team of 8.
• Attend project meetings and support full life-cycle delivery.
