Job summary

David Jones Ltd. is seeking a Support Team Leader in Brisbane to lead the logistics and stock distribution team within our iconic Australian retailer. You will coordinate stock flow to shopfloor, manage outbound fulfilment and ensure timely vendor payments, while upholding WHS and safety standards.

You will coach the logistics team, engage with stakeholders across the business, and drive continuous improvement in stock integrity and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a stock distribution or logistics team.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Attention to detail and compliance with WHS and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock flow to shopfloor, including tagging, distribution and inventory control.
• Oversee outbound processes including instore fulfilment within SLAs.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and manage related records.
• Oversee contractor access, permits to work and site safety protocols.
• Coach and develop logistics team to achieve targets and drive productivity.
