Job summary

David Jones Ltd. is seeking a Support Team Leader to help lead the in-store logistics and stock distribution across the business. You will engage with stakeholders, oversee inbound/outbound processes and ensure compliance with WHS and safety policies.

The role focuses on developing the Logistics team, improving efficiency, and delivering Seamless service across the retailer’s operations. This is an on-site opportunity at our Canberra store with a focus on excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock flow to the shopfloor including ticketing and distribution.
• Oversee the Outbound process and Instore Fulfilment within SLAs.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors within SLA using stock systems.
• Manage contractor access and safety processes in store.
• Support sustainability initiatives and WHS compliance.
• Coach Logistics team to achieve results and maintain engagement.
