Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a six-month fixed-term contract in Banksmeadow, NSW. You will lead end-to-end delivery of a major data centre infrastructure project, coordinating activities across inbound freight, warehousing, staging, QA zones and final-mile delivery.

The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination across multiple CEVA functions, with some interstate travel and after-hours work during peak phases.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex customer-facing projects, mobilisations or large-scale operational implementations.
• Strong project scheduling, planning, risk management and commercial awareness; exposure to MS Project/Smartsheet preferred.
• Knowledge of warehousing, yard, transport and/or container-handling operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, mobilisation, execution and close-out of the project with milestones and quality standards.
• Develop and manage the master project schedule, resources, risk register and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Air & Ocean, Contract Logistics, Transport, IT and Finance.
• Interface with the customer, provide timely communication and issue resolution, maintain relationships.
