Job summary

CEVA Logistics Australia seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end, multi-disciplinary projects across the Pacific network from Erskine Park NSW. You will apply the ZDS/CPM methodology to governance, planning and delivery, coordinating IT, systems, equipment deployment and site launches with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience managing logistics and supply chain projects in logistics, transport or operational environments.
• Experience delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects across operational, systems, people and infrastructure changes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects across CEVA's Pacific business, up to four concurrent projects.
• Apply CEVA's project management methodology (ZDS/CPM) to governance, planning, reporting and delivery across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and coordinate project plans including scope, timelines, risks, resources, budgets and milestones.
• Deliver new customer implementations across CEVA divisions including onboarding, process design, systems configuration and go-live activities.
• Coordinate site builds, start-ups and migrations, including greenfield and brownfield developments.
• Work with Operations, IT, Finance, HR, QHSE, Procurement, Property, Legal and Commercial to ensure timely delivery across workstreams.
• Manage external stakeholders including customers, landlords, equipment suppliers and systems vendors.
