MANN+HUMMEL, a global filtration expert in Australia, seeks a seasoned supply chain professional to lead inventory and planning across distribution centers. The role covers end-to-end execution, forecasting alignment, and continuous improvement of delivery performance.

You will drive SIOP processes, analyze data, and partner with plants, sales, and shared services to ensure on-time delivery and optimized inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory strategies for MHAU Distribution Centers.
• Drive escalation processes for inventory challenges and mitigation measures to meet commitments.
• Establish robust systems for tracking backorders and recovery actions.
• Implement End-to-End control towers to monitor delivery performance for MHAU.
• Coordinate inventory flow with supplying plants and ensure seamless fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Distribution and Transportation teams to align forecast-to-DC processes.
• Work with GBTS to integrate data processing and shared services.
• Support collaboration with BU/Sales to implement global standards.
