Uniting NSW.ACT in Mosman is seeking an energetic activities coordinator to provide care and companionship to residents. You will design and deliver leisure programs tailored to each resident's needs and interests, and lead the team to implement engaging activities every day.

With a Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or equivalent, you’ll collaborate with carers and managers, track participation, and continually improve programs.

Competenze

• Experience in aged/community care or Lifestyle programs in Aged Care.
• Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or equivalent.
• Resilient, resourceful and committed to Uniting values.

Mansioni

• Lead, guide and direct staff in planning the activities program.
• Ensure residents can participate and achieve outcomes.
• Confirm the activities program with the manager and plan details.
• Complete evaluations and participation sheets for continuous improvement.
