Qualifications

• Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with minimum 5 years (or more) post qualification experience in high-end litigation including commercial disputes.
• Have strong experience litigating in the higher courts – Federal and Supreme Courts (ESSENTIAL).
• Have strong technical, advocacy, negotiation and client management skills.
• Set yourself high standards and are driven to obtain the best outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a high-end litigation practice across commercial disputes and class actions.
• Handle administrative law matters and some family law litigation in superior courts (Federal and Supreme Courts).
• Work under the Managing Partner with mentorship and leadership opportunities.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth and maintain an active, high-performing docket.
