McCabes in Sydney seeks a Senior Associate / Special Counsel to join its Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. You will handle complex commercial litigation matters, including insolvency and business advisory work, collaborating with experienced principals and lawyers across a broad client base.

Qualifications

• 5 years' post admission experience in commercial litigation
• Knowledge of the Corporations Act
• Ability to manage a busy workload and work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong client focus with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectively
• Strong communication style
