Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Senior Analyst Line 1 Risk to join our team on a max term contract until August 2027. You will strengthen risk management practices, advising stakeholders and senior leaders to navigate risk and meet regulatory obligations.

You will partner with business units, Group Risk, and Compliance to shape risk assessments, profiles, and controls, helping to embed a proactive risk culture across the organisation. This is a strategic role within a transforming banking group.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management within financial services or regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, controls, governance, and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborative partner with stakeholders across the business.
