Job summary

Anglicare Victoria is expanding its Navigator program in Broadmeadows and recruiting Senior Case Manager Navigator specialists to work with LGBTQIA+ young people aged 12–17. You will deliver intensive outreach and case management, collaborating with schools, families and services to help students re-engage with education.

You will join a multi-disciplinary team, share expertise to upskill colleagues, and contribute to program development across Hume and Merri-Bek.

Qualifications

• Specialty experience working with LGBTQIA+ young people; navigating service supports for this cohort is essential.
• Extensive case management experience with children, families and others in relation to school engagement.
• Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation and liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct case management to disengaged students (12-17) across the Hume and Merri-Bek areas.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support students' education goals.
• Upskill the broader team and provide consultations on LGBTQIA+ youth engagement.
