Job summary

Anglicare Victoria is expanding its Navigator program in Broadmeadows, seeking experienced Senior Case Managers to support disengaged youth (12–17) with mental health challenges and disabilities. You will work in a multi-disciplinary team, guiding families and schools to re-engage students in education.

The role is a fixed-term, part-time position (.8, 30.4 hours/week) through 31 December 2027, with salary at SCHADS level 6 (~$115,339 plus super).

Qualifications

• Specialist experience across youth mental health and disability essential for this position.
• Extensive case management experience with diverse frameworks for school engagement matters.
• Ability to build rapport with disengaged young people to achieve client goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist case management for disengaged youth (12–17) across Hume and Merri-Bek.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Support team development and case coordination within Navigator program.
