Job summary

Westpac Institutional Bank seeks a Senior Manager for Global Financial Markets Settlements in Sydney. You will lead a globally connected settlements function supporting Fixed Income and Derivatives across international markets and currencies, ensuring critical settlement activities run smoothly and efficiently.

You will provide leadership to a large team, drive improvements to processes and controls, and work with stakeholders across Front Office, Treasury, Risk, Technology and Operations to

• Strong financial markets operations experience.
• Deep understanding of global markets products.
• Proven leadership of large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience in settlements across bonds, derivatives, and currency products.
