Job summary

Westpac Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Lending Management Operations in Sydney. You will lead a high-performing team delivering end-to-end corporate lending operations from origination through settlement and servicing, with a strong focus on risk and customer outcomes.

• Experience leading teams within corporate lending, institutional banking or financial markets operations.
• Strong knowledge of corporate lending products including bilateral and syndicated loans.
• Ability to manage complex operational processes with a focus on risk and control.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing lending operations team from origination to settlement and portfolio servicing.
• Collaborate with Product, Credit Risk, Finance, Treasury, FX and Lending Services teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive process improvements, controls enhancements and change initiatives across Westpac’s institutional banking operations.
• Support reporting cycles and escalations during quarter-end periods.
