Job summary

Firmus Technologies is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for Customer, Technology & IP to provide strategic legal support across customer, technology and intellectual property activities. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will advise business leaders on complex legal and regulatory matters to identify opportunities, manage risk and drive growth.

You will collaborate with sales, product, technology and operations teams to negotiate and manage significant customer engagements and technology

Qualifications

• 8–10 years post-qualification experience in tech/IP and commercial contracting.
• Experience in top-tier law firm and/or sophisticated in-house environment.
• Strong experience across privacy, data protection, customer contracting and consumer law.
• Ability to negotiate and manage complex customer, technology and commercial arrangements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Australian legal qualification and practising certificate.
