Qualifications

• 8–10 years PQE in technology/IP/privacy or related field.
• Experience in top-tier law firm or sophisticated in-house legal environment.
• Strong negotiation, risk assessment, and advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage customer, technology and commercial arrangements.
• Provide strategic legal support for IP, privacy and regulatory matters.
• Develop and maintain legal templates, policies and frameworks.
• Advise on privacy, cybersecurity, cross-border regulatory matters and software licences.
• Support rapidly scaling technology businesses and enterprise customer environments.
