Firmus Technologies is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel: Infrastructure and Construction to join the legal team in a senior capacity. You will provide strategic, commercially focused legal support across infrastructure, procurement and supply chain activities and report to the General Counsel.

You will work with teams across procurement, projects, operations and energy to support contracting, delivery and operation of critical infrastructure underpinning Firmus' AI Factory platform, negotiating

Formación

• 8-10+ years post-qualification experience in construction, property, sourcing or related fields.
• Experience in a top-tier law firm and/or sophisticated in-house environment.
• Strong ability to negotiate complex commercial and project agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic legal support across infrastructure, procurement and supply chain.
• Lead contracting, delivery and operation of critical infrastructure for the AI Factory platform.
• Advise business leaders on complex legal, commercial and regulatory matters.
