Job summary

Chichester College Group in Brighton is seeking a Senior Learning Support Assistant to provide high-level learning support to learners with SEND and develop the Learning Support team.

You will focus on improving attendance and learner success, support the ALS Team Leader in coordinating LSA provision, and contribute to the quality of Learning Support services within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting 16-18-year-olds.
• Understanding of SEND Code of Practice (2015).
• Time management and organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide learners with a high level of learning support to achieve their programme of study.
• Focus on improving learner attendance and success rates to meet targets.
• Support the ALS Team Leader in coordinating and quality of LSA provision and Learning Support.

Skills
