Job summary

Tandem Partners Pty Ltd. is seeking a seasoned People Partner to support the CEO and Executive Leadership Team across multiple corporate functions.

You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering practical, commercially-aligned people solutions and guiding leadership capability, workforce planning and engagement initiatives. As the function undergoes transformation, you will drive change, manage complex employee relations, and provide pragmatic risk-based advice while building strong stakeholder

Qualifications

Experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner at executive/senior leadership level.
Commercial acumen with ability to link people strategy to business outcomes.
Experience across leadership development, succession planning, workforce capability and engagement programs.
Experience managing complex workplace relations matters and investigations.

Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to deliver practical, commercially-aligned people solutions.
Provide strategic guidance across leadership capability, workforce planning, organisational design, remuneration and engagement initiatives.
Drive change as People & Culture undergoes transformation and challenge traditional approaches.
Provide pragmatic, risk-based advice on investigations, performance matters and employment legislation.
