Job summary

Goulburn Valley Water in Shepparton seeks an experienced Team Leader to drive emergency management, facilities, enterprise security and fleet operations. You will lead a small team, coordinate preparedness, and ensure all services are safe and compliant.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and business continuity with flexible work arrangements and regional impact.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Facilities Management, Security Risk Management, Asset Management or related field.
• Seven years in emergency management, risk management or similar multidisciplinary role.
• Experience developing, maintaining and testing emergency management and business continuity plans.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage facilities/assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a small team driving continuous improvement across emergency management, facilities, enterprise security and fleet operations.
• Oversee emergency management and business continuity activities, coordinate preparedness and incident response.
• Ensure facilities, security and fleet services are safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
• Build relationships and deliver practical solutions to complex operational challenges.
