Job summary

Hitech Asia Pacific seeks 4 experienced Lead Business Analysts to drive complex ICT initiatives for Federal Government programs in Canberra. You will lead business analysis, strategic modelling, process improvement and requirements definition, while working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.

The successful candidates will be engaged on long-term Federal Government contracts with hybrid working arrangements after an initial onsite period, based in Canberra.

Exciting opportunities are available for 4 experienced Lead Business Analysts to work across highly complex ICT initiatives. You will lead business analysis, strategic modelling, process improvement and requirements definition, while working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.

The successful Lead Business Analysts will be offered contracts through to 30 June 2027 with the view to be extended, based in Canberra with hybrid working arrangements available following the initial onsite period.

The successful Lead Business Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Lead strategic planning, business modelling and gap analysis activities.
• Define requirements, business processes and solution blueprints.
• Facilitate workshops and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Produce business, functional and technical specifications and process maps.

The successful Lead Business Analysts will have experience in the following:

• Senior-level business modelling and business process improvement.
