Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and collections operations.
• Ability to partner with Commercial, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
• Strong risk management and governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo.
• Maintain Operational Excellence.
• Serve as the primary I2C partner to Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and market leadership.
• Accountable for AR health and collections performance across markets (DSO, past-due balances, unapplied cash).
• Forecast AR and cash collection outlook; present risks and actions to leadership.
• Ensure robust internal controls, audit readiness, and governance in portfolio activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance collections efficiency and customer experience.
