Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Global Finance is seeking an I2C Senior Lead Analyst – Collections to drive AR outcomes across markets. You will partner with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to optimize cash flow and mitigate risks.

You will oversee high-value portfolios, develop collection strategies, and present AR performance to regional leadership, ensuring compliance and governance in a shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or other relevant professional certifications preferred.
• More than 6 years of relevant work experience in Finance, AR, or Invoice-to-Cash.

Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, follow J&J Credo guidelines.
• Maintain Operational Excellence and AR health across markets.
• Serve as primary I2C partner to Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain and leadership.
