Linear Clinical Research Ltd in Nedlands (Perth) is seeking two Senior Laboratory Technicians to support day-to-day operations and coordinate staff, providing strong technical guidance across Linear’s laboratory facilities. The roles emphasize hands-on lab work, quality control, and collaboration with project teams.

You will train junior staff, maintain safety and quality standards, and contribute to timely delivery of clinical trial activities across Linear sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a laboratory, ideally in clinical trials or pathology.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve problems, use initiative and prioritise workload in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders across the organisation.
• Ability to train and guide junior staff and manage workloads effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and support the team in the absence of Laboratory Leads.
• Coordinate day-to-day running of the laboratory and support clinical trial activities.
• Process and manage biological samples in line with study requirements and quality standards.
• Prepare trial documentation and laboratory materials to ensure studies run smoothly.
• Train and support junior laboratory staff and contribute to team development.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies and compliance with safety and quality procedures.
