Linear Clinical Research, based at Hampden House in Nedlands, WA, invites applications for a Budget and Contract Administrator. Our state‑of‑the‑art Advanced Clinical Trials Centre opened in early 2024 at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and is home to our Cancer Trials Unit (CTU) and is the first of its kind facility in Australia dedicated to bringing novel therapies through clinical trials to the cancer patients of WA.
This is a full-time position, based at Hampden House in Nedlands.
As Budget and Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for the administrative review, negotiation, and acceptance of contracts and budgets for clinical trial studies across the Advanced Clinical Trial Centre (ACTC).
This role focuses on supporting clinical trial project set‑up, contract and budget management, project billing, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the successful delivery of clinical trial studies.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience supporting project planning and administration, including reviewing budgets, contractual agreements, and scopes of work, while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
