Job summary

Linear Clinical Research Ltd is seeking two Senior Laboratory Technicians to join our Laboratory team on a full-time basis. Based at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Nedlands, you will support daily lab operations and clinical trial activities, train junior staff, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance across Linear laboratory sites.

The role emphasizes coordinating activities, managing samples to study requirements, and providing technical insights to project teams.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has laboratory experience, preferably in clinical trials or pathology.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to solve problems, take initiative and manage workload in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day laboratory operations and support clinical trial activities.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders when Leads are unavailable.
• Process and manage biological samples per study requirements and quality standards.
• Prepare trial documentation and laboratory materials to ensure smooth studies.
• Train and mentor junior laboratory staff and support team development.
• Maintain equipment, supplies and compliance with safety and quality procedures.
