Job summary

RACV Limited in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Performance, KPI & Governance Lead to shape how performance is measured, governed and translated into action across the Corporate & Member Services division. You will own the end-to-end KPI and scorecard framework and performance reporting across the division, creating a trusted source of performance information for leaders through to Executive level.

You’ll also lead a small specialist reporting and insights team and establish the governance rhythm

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in performance management or analytics.
• Experience leading teams and communicating to senior leaders.
• Proven ability to establish KPI frameworks in multi-channel environments.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with AI-enabled service delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern KPI frameworks and scorecards across the division.
• Lead performance reporting standards and data quality.
• Translate results into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Lead governance forums and reporting cycles.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data & Analytics, Workforce Planning, Technology and People & Culture.
• Develop and mentor two reporting and insights professionals.
