Qualifications

Senior, Junior & Graduate Acoustic Engineers - Sydney

With offices in Sydney and Melbourne, we have opportunities for senior, junior and graduate engineers to join our expanding acoustical consulting business in Sydney.

We are looking for junior and graduate tertiary qualified engineers and scientists, as well as candidates with up to 5 years relevant experience in noise assessment and control. The role offers day-to-day responsibility for management of project tasks, liaison with clients and arranging project site work, measurements, computer modelling, programming, analysis, reporting and managing people.

Skills/experience required:

• Relevant tertiary engineering qualifications (Preference given to Bachelors degree in mechanical, electrical, environmental or audio engineering, science, or Masters in Science (Audio & Acoustics));
• Honours or relevant post-graduate qualifications will be highly regarded;
• Experience in, or demonstrated interest in noise and vibration (acoustics);
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
• High motivation to develop technical competencies in noise and vibration;
• High motivation to develop client and project management competencies;
• Demonstrated practical experience in the use of instrumentation and noise modelling software will be advantageous.
