Job summary

ADP Consulting is launching a Graduate Program 2027 for Acoustics Engineering in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. You’ll join February 2027 as part of a national two-year program, gaining real engineering work from day one with mentoring and structured learning.

Graduate Program 2027 | Acoustics(Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane)

We're looking for a Graduate Acoustics Engineer to join our team in February 2027, as part of our national two-year Graduate Program.

To be eligible, you must hold or be in the final year of an Engineering degree ideally with a focus in Acoustics Engineering and have full working rights in Australia.

What you’ll actually be doing

You’ll join a national cohort of graduates working across real, complex projects from day one, not filing folders while you wait for “real work” to start. Alongside project experience, you’ll get structured learning, mentoring, and visibility across the wider business.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Work on live projects alongside experienced engineers and industry leaders, with real client and design responsibility.
• Build your technical capability within AcousticsEngineering.
• Collaborate directly with clients, architects, town planners, local councils, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Join monthly national graduate learning and development sessions with graduates across our Australian offices.
• Get financial and mentoring support to gain your Engineers Australia Chartership.

About you
