$150,000-$200,000 - based on level/capability

This is an opportunity to join an established, successful and growing software company whose digital solution is making a real difference to productivity, efficiency and safety across major energy, mining and engineering operations.

With the business entering an exciting phase of modernisation and growth they are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join their Perth team.

As a senior member of the team you'll be trusted to bring your technical expertise, judgement and ideas to the table. You'll influence technical direction and help deliver robust solutions that have a real impact on customers and operations. You'll have the opportunity to take genuine ownership of critical development initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the platform.

Strong commercial Java development experience and solid software engineering fundamentals.

Good to expert level Java / Spring - full stack skillset beneficial (React/Angular...).

Experience with cloud-based development and AI development beneficial.

A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to software development.

The ability to work confidently with complex systems and challenging technical problems.

An interest or previous experience in modernising and improving software platforms.

Strong ownership and accountability with the ability to drive work forward.

The communication skills and technical maturity to contribute to architectural and engineering decisions.
