Job summary

DWS Limited is seeking a Senior Java Developer in Melbourne to join a hybrid, permanent team. You will design, develop, integrate and support enterprise applications with a focus on Java, Oracle databases, PL/SQL and cloud services.

You will collaborate with architects, BAs, testers and developers to deliver scalable, secure solutions using CI/CD pipelines and modern practices. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder collaboration across Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid environments.

• Proven experience with Java and Java EE (JEE).
• Experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Bamboo.

Joining a highly capable engineering team, you will contribute to the design, development, integration and support of complex enterprise applications, while driving continuous improvement in software quality, automation and delivery practices.

You will work closely with architects, business analysts, testers and fellow developers to deliver scalable, secure and reliable solutions using modern engineering approaches, CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based services.
