Job summary

GoSourcing is seeking Senior Java Developers for a frontline Federal Government client. You will lead development across Java/J2EE and Angular stacks, ensure secure coding, and contribute to API and data integration in a complex enterprise environment.

The role involves Agile delivery, collaboration with stakeholders, and delivery of high-quality software supporting millions of Australians. Hybrid work after initial onsite period, with a 6-week onsite start.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, testing and supporting Java/J2EE/Angular applications in complex environments.
• Ability to work in an Agile delivery team, analyse requirements, resolve defects, and support releases.
• Experience with API development and relational database integration.
• Experience with secure coding practices and SDLC in government/large-scale settings.

Responsibilities

• Undertake analysis, design, development, prototyping, testing and maintenance activities.
• Provide support to development teams to create ICT solutions.
• Define software designs for high complexity solutions and migrations.
