Job summary

The Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the CoreMod program, coordinating planning, scheduling and governance artefacts. In a hybrid, Bella Vista-based role, you will monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and engage with stakeholders across delivery partners.

This fixed-term contract runs until September 2027 and offers opportunities for growth and exposure to enterprise-wide change.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project delivery, program coordination or business change initiatives.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• The ability to identify and monitor risks, issues and project dependencies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivery.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, governance frameworks and reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling and coordination activities.
• Maintain project documentation, governance artefacts and reporting requirements.
• Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues and dependencies as required.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Assist with project communications and change activities.
• Support financial tracking, resource coordination and project administration activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and the effective application of project management practices across the program.
