Job summary

Bytewize is seeking highly experienced IT professionals for the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP) in Victoria, Australia. Roles involve maintaining ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools, supporting staff and students, and delivering complex enterprise environments.

These are not entry-level positions; candidates should have at least 5 years of industry experience, including TSSP or education sector exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience, ideally within TSSP or education ICT environments.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux servers in large school networks.
• Proven ability to manage 1:1 and BYOD device programs and related imaging tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership and deliver ICT training as required.
