Job summary

Bytewize is seeking experienced IT professionals to deliver technical support services to Victorian schools through the TSSP program. Roles involve managing ICT infrastructure, supporting staff and students, and administering complex enterprise environments.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of industry experience, with preference for TSSP or education-sector ICT, and must be eligible to work in Australia. Various contract, casual, or permanent options may be available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership and deliver ICT professional development when required.
