Job summary

Bytewize IT Consulting is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer / Specialist Technician to support the Department of Education through the TSSP. The role focuses on managing ICT infrastructure across Victorian schools, administering networks and enterprise environments, and delivering ICT support to staff and students.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of industry experience, with TSSP or education-sector exposure and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT industry experience.
• Experience within the TSSP program or in the education sector or equivalent senior-level corporate IT support.
• Ability to manage ICT infrastructure in schools, staff and student support, and complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
