Talent International has been engaged by Country SA PHN to recruit an experienced IT System Administrator to join its Information Systems team in South Australia. The role focuses on hands-on administration of core information systems, infrastructure, applications and cloud platforms to ensure security, availability and performance.

The Systems Administrator will work under the Manager - Information Systems, manage day-to-day operations, respond to incidents, implement changes and maintain

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar IT Systems Admin role.
• Experience administering servers, operating systems, networks, applications and cloud platforms in a business environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft identity services.
• Sound knowledge of networking, backup/recovery, monitoring, patching, system hardening and least-privilege access.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents and implement approved technical changes.
• Understanding of cyber security, privacy and confidentiality requirements.
• Ability to maintain clear technical documentation and work within incident/change/risk processes.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain servers, operating systems, networks, apps, cloud services, integrations and related platforms.
• Manage system configurations, identity and access, certificates and scheduled services.
• Assess performance, reliability, security and support requirements to identify improvements.
• Develop practical system improvements for maintainability, reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor availability, performance, capacity, backups and security alerts; resolve incidents.
• Provide technical escalation and coordinate vendor assistance as needed.
• Provide second-level technical support and guidance to IS Support Officers.
