Job summary

McGrathNicol is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to join our national Technology team in Brisbane or Perth. You will provide Level 2 and 3 IT support across hardware, software, systems and applications to ensure our people have the technology they need to deliver for clients.

The role emphasizes proactive service improvements, onboarding/offboarding, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and endpoint management.

Qualifications

• Senior IT support or service desk experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory and Azure
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 IT support across hardware, software, systems and applications
• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management and collaboration platforms
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning, device deployment and access management
• Contribute to technology projects, system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain documentation, knowledge articles and support records
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective delivery of IT services
