Job summary

Bytewize IT Consulting is seeking experienced ICT professionals to deliver technical support to Victorian schools through the TSSP program. This role involves managing school ICT infrastructure, networks, servers, and enterprise environments, supporting staff and students, and providing professional development.

Positions offer flexible options (contract, casual, or permanent) with a salary range of AU$80,000–AU$110,000 pro-rata, depending on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience within the TSSP program or education-sector ICT preferred.
• Equivalent senior-level enterprise IT support experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
