Job summary

Bytewize is seeking experienced ICT professionals to deliver technical support to Victorian schools through the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP). Roles are contract, casual, or permanent, with salaries $80,000–$110,000 pro-rata.

Applicants must have at least 5 years of industry experience and strong skills in Windows/Linux servers, MDM, networking, and imaging. An Australian work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of ICT experience, not entry level.
• Experience within or with the TSSP program preferred.
• Education-sector ICT experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership and deliver ICT training when required.
