Job summary

Bytewize Consulting is seeking experienced ICT specialists to deliver TSSP services to Victorian schools. You will manage and support ICT infrastructure, networks and enterprise environments, focusing on schools, staff and students. Prior TSSP or education-sector experience is essential.

The role offers flexible employment options—contract, casual or permanent—across part-time or full-time arrangements, with pro-rata salary consideration and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of industry experience, with TSSP or education-sector exposure.
• Experience managing ICT infrastructure in schools for staff and students.
• Administration of Windows and Linux servers.
• MDM deployment and administration.
• Advanced enterprise networking (Cisco/HP).
• SOE and image deployment with troubleshooting expertise.
• Experience supporting large fleets of desktops/notebooks.
• Experience with 1:1 and BYOD planning and deployment.
• Strong technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership and deliver ICT professional development as needed.
