XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Perth is seeking a highly capable IT Service Manager with a long track record in IT service operations. You will oversee the end-to-end ITSM ecosystem for our major client, ensuring stability, reliability, and high stakeholder satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on ITIL expertise, leadership across a multi-vendor environment, and familiarity with ServiceNow. This is a contract position based in Perth with opportunities to mature the service delivery framework.

Competenze

15+ years in IT service management and related fields.
Strong ITIL expertise with hands-on knowledge.
Experience leading ITSM processes across incidents, problems, changes, requests, knowledge, and governance.
Experience with enterprise service management platforms such as ServiceNow is advantageous.
Excellent communication and cross‑vendor collaboration skills.

Mansioni

Oversee and mature the IT service management ecosystem for a major client.
Provide end-to-end leadership of ITSM functions including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change Enablement, Request, Knowledge, Operations Governance, Monitoring, and Service Performance.
Ensure stability, reliability and continual service improvement.
Influence across multi-vendor environments and drive operational excellence and business value.
