Job summary

Experis Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large-scale middleware and integration initiatives, including Oracle Fusion Middleware upgrades, migrations, and transformations.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate across architects, infrastructure and integration specialists, and ensure delivery within scope, budget and timelines.

This role requires strong governance, risk management and the ability to engage senior stakeholders in a complex enterprise.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology or technical projects.
• Strong experience managing Oracle Fusion Middleware upgrade, migration, remediation, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering middleware or integration platform stand-up, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration environments, middleware technologies, APIs, and related infrastructure.
• Experience working with senior business and technical stakeholders in large organisations.
• Strong project governance, risk management, and delivery management capabilities.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will bring a strong background in managing Oracle Fusion Middleware upgrades, migrations, or transformation programs, coupled with proven experience delivering large-scale technical projects.

Key responsibilities include:
