Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technology projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in Oracle Fusion Middleware upgrade, migration, remediation or transformation programs.
• Proven track record of middleware or integration platform stand-up, upgrade, or migration projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of middleware upgrade, migration, and remediation projects.
• Manage Oracle Fusion Middleware initiatives including planning, execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee middleware and integration platform stand-up activities and deployment coordination.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across architects, infrastructure, application and integration specialists.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues and change impacts across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure deliverables are achieved within scope, budget and timelines.
